8.5 x 11 letter size white bond paper - 3 reams 8. 5 x 11,  Colored bond paper,  Red, blue, green, yellow, purple, ect. 2- ream each Membership applications (2 different types at the moment, - 200 Sign In Forms - 100 copys Patch  Forms- 100 copys Educational Phamplets - 500 copys Card Stock - 500 copys Event Phamplets - amount changes each event We don’t have the space to store many items of this nature so all we are needing is enough to cover our needs within a few months at a time	A Civil War Cannon TN 2 Had one and IT ROCKS! of course we'd like to have a bigger one lol
A ( Current Day ) Presentation Projector and screen that will hook up to and run off from a current day laptop with windows XP or better software that we can use at our Board and Chapter meetings.	Items we can raffle off to help raise monies for our mission, cars, motorcycles, trailers, airplanes, skyscrapers, just about anything that would peak peoples interests and make them want to take a chance at winning.
( Current Day ) Laptop Computers with windows XP or better to use for our Adminstration processes.	Banners to hang up at Meetings and Events
Ice Water coolers, Ice coolers, Ice, paper cups, glasses, plates, ect.	Porta-John rentals for events.
Storage Space such as a U Store it Locker close to the Clinton Highway and Merchants area.	Screen Printed T-Shirts for our members and different events.
We got one Yeah!! An Electronic Bugle www.ceremonialbugle.com Beggers shouldn't be picky but in this case It doesn't appear that we can use just any type of bugle because the insert that goes in it may not fit so what we need according to the sites we've witnessed is an . After speeking to the American Ceremonial Bugle company we found out that they will not sell anything seperately so its all or nothing.	A ( decent looking ) ( 5 X 8 or larger) Enclosed 2 or 4 wheel Trailer to be used for Containing and hauling our Meeting and Merchandising Equipment. Funds for putting Graphics on it.
