List of Committee Position
Requirements

Some of these requirements may or may not apply to one or more particular Committies or Officers

All Committee Chairpersons & Officers are appointed by and must stay within
the specific perimeters set forth by our TN3 Chapter President.


The direct management & supervision of each committee/officer
falls under the responsibilities of
our Vice President

Responsibilities, tasks as well as any missions
must be approved by the President & Vice President
and will be assigned to the proper Committee person
by our Vice President.

Each Officer or committee chairperson shall:

A.

 
Not act on behalf of Rolling Thunder in any capacity on items not approved through the proper channels

B.

 
report any progress to the V.P. on an as needed basis.

C.

 
submit a report of any activities in an MSWord.doc format by the 1st of each calendar month to the V.P.

Chapter Officers as well as Chapter Committee Chairpersons
may have approved Rolling Thunder® TN3 business cards representing their positions.

They must be of the TN3 Board approved format
(revision 3/07)

Currently cards are printed by the chapter President
The Officer/Chairperson must provide the card stock to print them on.
