Funeral Services for Harold Chadwell Jr

SAN
ANTONIO, Texas — Harold Fuson Chadwell Jr., 52, formerly of
Middlesboro, passed away Friday, June 6, 2008,
at Audie
Murphy Veterans Hospital in San Antonio.
A veteran
of the U.S. Army, he made many friends in his life working with the
Salvation Army’s Youth Groups
in Memphis, Tenn., Middlesboro,
and San Antonio, Texas.
He will be
greatly missed by all who knew him. He enjoyed spending time with his
veteran family.
He was
preceded in death by his father, Harold Fuson Chadwell Sr.,
grandparents, Morgan and Mrytle Chadwell, and Henry and Gertha Mae
Tweed; brother-in-law, Ralph E. Whitaker.
He is
survived by his mother, Helen Brooks Browning of Tazewell, Tenn.;
sisters, Patricia Whitaker of East Bernstadt, Ky., Pamela Lynn Brooks
and Mike Bussell of Tazewell, Tenn.; brothers, Wayne Chadwell and
Janet Webb of Tazewell, Tenn., Larry Brooks and wife Claudia of
Speedwell, Tenn.; nieces, Michelle and husband Jerome Cowan of
Tazewell, Tenn., Faith Chadwell of Tazewell, Tenn., Jordan and Jayden
Brooks of Speedwell, Tenn.; nephews, Matthew Chadwell of Tazewell,
Tenn., Trey Chadwell of Middlesboro; great-niece, Makayla Cowen of
Tazewell, Tenn.; and great-nephew, Tristin Cowen of Tazewell, Tenn.,
Graveside
services were
conducted Wednesday, June 11, at Mountainview Cemetery at 6 p.m. with
Chaplain Burney Hutchison, Dennis Brooks, and Scott Marlow
officiating. Military honors were
presented at the graveside. Pallbearers will be Veterans
