At 1:00 pm everyone gathered at Quaker Steak & Lube and from there rode in formation to Rose's Furnurel Home on Broadway.

As you can
see Steve had many friends in and around Knoxville.
Steve
was the kind of person you looked forward to meeting up with when
you were out and about.
He
wasn't a member of Rolling Thunder but we would have sure been proud
to have him for one.

At 37 years old Steve ( Bow ) was killed early Thursday morning when a motorist rear ended his motorcycle at a north Knoxville intersection according to authorities. Stephen Goins of Knoxville was pronounced dead at the scene said Knoxville police department spokesman Darrell DeBusk. Steve was on a 1998 Harley Davidson stopped at a red light at the intersection of Merchant Road and Clinton Highway at about 12:20 am when he was struck from behind by a westbound 1994 Honda Accord driven by Michelle Fay Tuck, 22, also of Knoxville, Debusk said.
Steve's bike was pushed through the intersection, and the Accord struck a 1991 Buick driven by Joseph Israel, 23, of Knoxville, DeBusk said.
Tuck and Israel were taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center with what appeared to by non-life-threatening injuries, he said.
