We're assuming this information was from the Patriot Guard

At Duane's request.
The family of L/cpl. Koprince jr. would like for "us" ( I'm assuming the Patriot Guard ) to escort this Marine from the airport at McGhee Tyson airport in alcoa to the funeral home in Lenoir City tonight (dec.31st).
They will be meeting at the waffle house on rt.129 (alcoa highway) which is loscated just before the airport on the right if you are comming in southbound from knoxville on alcoa highway.
The flight is expected in by 9:25 p.m. or so and these seem to come in early more often than not, so they want to stage at 8:30 p.m. at the waffle house. So far they havent confirmed the route, but they believe they we'll be traveling 129 to 321 to Lenoir City so speeds shouldn't be too bad for big flags for those who can fly them.
Information obtained from smokyMTNspory

Clell went by the waffle house at 8:55pm to 9:05pm see if he could help out and their was no one in site.  At that point he assumed that LC Koprince had arrived early or that no one showed up to help out.
