November 2nd

This is a Confirmed TN3" Mission

!!!! Call to Action !!!!

Rolling Thunder TN3 will be meeting at Sevier County Fair Grounds by 8:30am to handle the parking & staging of this event.

Registration begins at 10:00 am
so we need to get there early to set it all up and be ready for everyone when they start coming in at 9am

We need everything in operation by 9:00

We will have our Rolling Thunder TN3 tent display set up on the grounds
so also need TN3 Members to work it.

On Sunday Jeff and Debbie Zurrett will be meeting at 7:00 am at Flapjacks.

At Exit 407 turn south and it's on the right if anyone is interested in having breakfast with the 2 NewlyWeds.

Please bring a toy or 10.00$ per rider
They are looking for toys for infants & Teens
as those two categories of children usually come out short on toys

November 15th

at the worldfair park

We're meeting at the Worlds Fair Park
We need everyone there by 9:30 so we can be in operation when the bikes start coming in around 11:00 am

Our Rolling Thunder TN3 booth will be set up at Wild Wings
and we'll need TN3 Members to help work it.

The booth at Wild Wings must be set up by 9:00am.

Our contact people there will be Tom Dehoog
of the US ARMY Recruiting and Sharon the Assistant Manager of Wild Wings.

  1. This Event/Ride will be starting out in upper East Tennessee at the Smokey Stadium.

  2. From there it will proceed to the Worlds Fair park in Downtown Knoxville for the ribbon cutting of the East Tennessee Veterans Memorial.

  3. After the main event the ride will be concluding at Wild wings in West Knoxville

In an effort to keep everyone as safe and happy as possible
please speak to the ride captain and let him know of any limitations you may have, such as being a new rider, small a fuel capacity, small bladder capacity, speed limitations, fear of heights, opposition to authority, ect.

We will make every concession we can to make this event as safe as possible.

November 17th

Military Appreciation Monday

The 2008 Military Appreciation Monday dinner will be held on Monday, November 17, 2008
from 5 pm to 9 pm in all Golden Corral Restaurants.

The free “thank you” dinner is
available to any person who has ever served in the United States Military.

If you are a veteran, retired, currently serving, in the National Guard or Reserves, you are invited to participate in Golden Corral’s Military Appreciation Monday dinner.

To date, Golden Corral restaurants have provided over 1.8 million free meals and contributed over $2.53 million to the Disabled American Veterans organization.


November 24th

TN3 Chapter Meeting

This turned out to be one of the best meetings we've had this year.  Everyone was was very enthusiastic.
