William Michael McGinty
of Tampa FL passed away October 9, 2007. The only child of Joseph and Dorothy McGinty, Bill was born January 30, 1943 in Chicago, IL and grew up in Englewood, CA. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force serving 1962-1968. He moved to FL in 1976 where he worked as a Master Carpenter. He later married Patsy Redmond, and moved to Knoxville, TN where he resided until recently. He is survived by daughters Peggy Pascua, Glory McGinty and grandson, Cody Pascua of Tampa FL. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Patsy.

Graveside services were Monday, October 15, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Cemetery with the Reverend J. Brent Shelton officiating. Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City in charge.

The family
plans to leave Mynatt Funerl Home at or shortly after 1:00 pm. and to
proceed to the Bethany Baptist Cemetery which is located as far as we
know on Raccoon Vally Rd. If we have it correct it's about a 25
minute trip at normal speeds so plan on a bit longer trip time.

William
MCGinty's daughters came up from Florida and road on our scooters to
honor their father in this event.
With the
permission of Lori and Peggy, William McGinty's 2 Daughters we
combined two events together. Danny's brother
Jimmy Jenkins
requested that RT TN3 attend an event in honor of his lost brother
Danny Jenkins
at the
Knoxville Dragway at 1 PM.
